🔥 Preparation / Regeneration
Thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature for 30min.
Bake in the oven at 250–300°C for 3–5 min
(or heat on a panini press).

• 7 days (🧊 chilled after defrosting)
Store at –18°C or below.
Defrost 30 minutes at room temperature before use.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
