🔥 Preparation / Regeneration
Option 1 — From Frozen:
Bake at 180-220°C for 5-7 min until warm and lightly crisp.
Option 2 — Thawed:
Thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature,
then heat at 250–300°C for 2–3 min.

Shelf Life:
• 6 months (❄️ frozen)
• 7 days (🧊 chilled after defrosting)
Store at –18°C or below.
Defrost 30 minutes at room temperature before use.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Do not refreeze.
