GRANO is an Italian bakery brand founded by artisan bakers with over 20 years of experience across the  world.

We specialize in long-fermented, high-hydration, high-digestibility bakery products designed specifically for HoReCa operations that need:

We bring together Italian craftsmanship and efficient production, creating products that are easy to use, perform beautifully, and elevate any professional kitchen.

What We Produce

Our collection includes:

🍕 Pizza Bases — Classic, Neapolitan, Teglia, Pala, Pinsa, Thin Crust
🍔 Brioche Burger Buns
🥖 Focaccia & Schiacciata
🍞 Sourdough Breads & Specialty Loaves

Everything is made with imported flours, sourdough, long fermentation, and zero additives.

Our products for the HoReCa sector will initially be available mostly in FROZEN format.

Upon request, we can also produce and deliver fresh (non-frozen) items, with a minimum pre-order of 48 hours, depending on the product.

We are currently developing a full line of shelf-stable items (able to stay at room temperature in modified atmosphere for 1 to 3 months).

Once finalized, we will release an update together with a new catalog dedicated to our shelf-stable range.

Delivery & Logistics

At launch, we will deliver nationwide in Thailand using third-party carriers.
Delivery fees are paid by the buyer, and depend on:

• quantity ordered

• city

• whether the products are frozen or fresh/shelf-stable

This ensures safe, reliable shipping from day one.

Food Supplier & Distributor Partnerships (Coming Soon)

We are finalizing agreements with food distributors and HoReCa suppliers across Thailand. Once active, customers will be able to buy GRANO products directly from them:

• without delivery fees

• with faster logistics

• with easier restocking

These partners will be announced at launch.
