At GRANO, all our bakery products are made fresh after your order.
We do not keep large frozen stock ready to ship. Every order is scheduled into our production plan, baked fresh, packed carefully and then prepared for pick-up or delivery.
Our goal is simple: fresh Italian bakery products, ordered online and delivered direct to your business or home.
How Ordering Works
1. Choose Your Products
Select the products you want from our online shop, such as brioche burger buns, schiacciata, focaccia or sandwich bread.
Each product has its own pack size and minimum order quantity.
2. Add to Cart
Choose your quantity and add the products to your cart.
When you are ready, open your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter Your Delivery Address
At checkout, enter your delivery address.
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address and delivery area.
Pick-up from GRANO is also available.
4. Pay by Bank Transfer or QR Code
After placing your order, you can complete payment by bank transfer or QR code.
Your order will only be confirmed and added to the production schedule after payment has been received.
5. Production Slot
Once payment is confirmed, your order is added to the next available production slot.
All our breads require 24 hours fermentation, because good bread needs time.
Orders placed and paid before 2 PM can usually enter the next available production schedule.
Orders placed after 2 PM may move to the following available production slot.
6. Fresh Production
Your products are baked fresh within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, depending on the production schedule, product availability and order quantity.
We produce every day except Wednesday.
7. Packing & Shipping
After production, your order is packed carefully to keep the products protected and fresh during delivery.
Brioche burger buns are packed in sealed food-safe bags.
Other products are packed according to their product type and delivery requirements.
8. Delivery or Pick-up
You can choose delivery or pick-up depending on availability at checkout.

Delivery:
Delivery is available in Pattaya, Chonburi, Rayong and Bangkok.
We are also working to expand delivery to more areas in Thailand through external shipping partners.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout after entering your address.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on your location, delivery partner, traffic, weather conditions and shipping availability.
GRANO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, traffic, weather conditions or third-party delivery issues outside our control.
Important Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed and paid before 2 PM can usually enter the next available production schedule.
Orders placed after 2 PM may move to the following available production slot.
Example:
Order and pay before 2 PM → order can enter the next production schedule.
Order and pay after 2 PM → order may move to the following available production slot.
Please note: Wednesday is our closing day.
Fresh Product Storage:
Our products are delivered fresh.
For best quality, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator and consuming them within the recommended shelf life shown on each product page.
Our products can also be frozen for longer storage.
Fresh / chilled: up to 7 days
Frozen: up to 6 months at -18°C or below
If frozen, defrost at room temperature before use.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Delivery Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pick-up.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or if there is a quality issue, please contact us immediately at:

- Photos and/or videos of the packaging, if relevant
- A short description of the issue
Because our products are fresh food items, claims must be reported at the time of delivery or as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and contact details are correct before completing your order.
GRANO is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, missing phone numbers, unreachable customers or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
