Hand-stretched, sourdough, imported flours, high hydration, slow fermentation.

Perfect stuffed, topped, served by the slice, or as part of a bread basket.

🔥 Preparation / Regeneration

Thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature for 30min.
Bake in the oven at 250–280°C  for 3–5 min / or heat on a panini press for 2-3 min until crispy.

Our Breads are delivered fresh.

For best quality, we recommend storing them refrigerated and consuming within 7 days.

For longer storage, the bread can be frozen at -18°C or below for up to 6 months.

Shelf Life:
• Fresh / chilled: up to 7 days
• Frozen: up to 6 months

If frozen, defrost at room temperature before use.

Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.
